I constantly exercised a rigorous control about my feeding, trying to avoid the excesses, fact that it takes a lot of people to be sick.
In that way I tried to always establish the difference between nutritious with spiritual and physical values. The green vegetables, in a general way, are spiritually stronger, while meats and fish have to be material more.
On the other hand, it should be eaten, preferably, the victuals that more it likes himself. I, for instance, appreciate a lot of sweet potato.
Another important recommendation: the fruits should be avoided in case of diarrheas.

13. KANNAGARA TAMATIHAE MASSE
Through this sentence, we make a special prayer in that we promised to accomplish the will of God, obeying him the orders (Kannagara); we also asked for the invigoration and the amplification of our soul (Tamatihae masse). It is said that the world where the words act it is Kingdom of Genrei. God is Great Genrei that moves the cosmoses. It was also starting from the word that the Supreme Creator established the life and the universe, as it is in the Bible:
"At the beginning it was the verb and the verb was in God". Then it can be ended how they are important the words because, through them, freely creating or destroying, all the things change in well or badly, sky or hell; life or death. 11. THE SENSE OF BEAUTY
The sense of beauty must be cultivated by all the persons so that the nation, the society and the universe receive constructive influences and, as result of the embellishment of the environment, so that they perfect his way of living. It was for this reason because I always ruled my life in accordance with such beginnings. From the childhood I was a lover of the beauty. Even in the times in which it was poor, it used to cultivate flowerbeds of flowers, drew and painted at the moments of rest. Whenever it could, it was visiting museums and exhibitions of art. In the spring I was delighting in the bloomed ones; in the autumn, with the reddish foliages. Today, with the God's grace, I dispose of resources to appreciate the perfection so that he better gratifies me. I can employ, inclusive, the true concept of beauty in the realization of my work in the Divine Work. This is one of the motives for which many persons find my luxurious life. They find my behavior strange, especially when they compare me to founders of ancient religions, who were spreading his doctrines practicing asceticism and suffering deprivations. In fact, those were the time of the Era of the Night, in which the faith was getting confused with an infernal state. Today, however, we are joining the Era of Light, during which the task of the salvation will be prosecuted in a celestial environment. Let's ponder, so, deeply on this truth, so that we can incorporate it to our daily life.

10. THE BEAUTY
Each one must be quite conscious of what the beauty gratifies not only to you yourself, but also to others and, therefore, it represents the form of virtue. So, the more loudly the level of a civilization, bigger will be the worship devoted to the perfection. It is enough to see, for example, the life of the barbaric people where the rudeness of attitudes always ruled. So, it is possible to affirm that the value of a culture corresponds, in part, to the development of the sense of beauty. From there, then, to be important which men and women take care appropriately of their appearance in order to bring others a pleasant impression. The women, specially, must try to become more and more beautiful. Likewise, the house to be always clean and in order, never allowing the presence of dust or cob-webs, as well as untidy furniture and out of place, the disorder offends the sight, causes ailment and anguish. On the other side, a harmonious environment provides pleasure not alone to the family; I eat also to the visitors, besides the respect and esteem what they all will devour to an owner of the house.
